  1. CBT & APD. Is this the best treatment for it? In your HONEST opinion IS THERE even any successful treatment for antisocial personality disorder?

  2. I have been working on this for a year or so (CBT). Didn't realize it had a name. I went to a 4 day music festival and was awoken to the realization that I was codependent on several people. I kept hearing things and feeling bad. Then rethinking a new scenario for what I heard, and it really helps to shift a really bad thought into a pleasant one. Now that I'm free of toxic people, I never hear negative things from people like I used to ,think, I did. I like your videos and felt like sharing.. : )

  3. I love when you said the thoughts in our mind starts as neutral, but when we become emotional it triggers the event to be more stessful. One of my favourite videos because it is short and sweet.   4. I will be very soon having my first appointment for CBT, so thank you for a little introduction on this. I happen have been dealing with hypochondriasis for half a year and it's really not pleasant! Maybe you could cover it?

  5. CBT has helped me a lot with my various mental illnesses. I started practicing methods from CBT before I even knew what it was! It's really so helpful and I'm glad you're spreading awareness about it.
