Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a great psychological technique for people who suffer from depression, anxiety or social anxiety and need some tools to fight this state. I love ur vids I have anxiety deprssion..social anxiety…I suffer everyday of my life with negative thoughts on a hourly daily basis… cannot inhale the herbal cannabis anymore for it makes my thoughts run out of control im not against cannabis I dont think its for me anymore I need something in my life to take me away to gather me myself and I..im going to try all these and I hope it works for me I dont know what else to do im losing my mind and im scared to death.
