They like their mates etc. But you working on your disorder is a wonderful thing because one day you will eliminate all chances for relapse and be happy. Great.

    I found it jst stressed me out more coz i truely honestly belive my negative thoughts are real and dont want to think anything else at the time im having them so its not for everyone but im glad it works for some people
